Every trip as a ticket. Every tap back at the office.

Relay Dispatch gives drivers the two ends of the job, the car between them, and the one number that matters now. Every tap lands on your board as it happens.

What the office sees

Every tap on the phone lands on the dispatch board as it happens.

Confirm the booster seat on the phone first. Start will not run until it is on board.

How it works
  1. 01

    Accept the trip

Drivers are texted when a trip becomes theirs and accept it from the top of the trip screen.

  2. 02

    Drive it

Spoken directions inside the app, or Waze, Apple Maps or Google Maps if they prefer.

  3. 03

    Tap through it

On the way, arrived, on board, complete. Each tap tells the office and the rider.

Every fact the booking carries

A card per stop says who gets in or out and what goes in the trunk. Car seats are named, not counted, and Start will not run until the driver confirms they are on board.

Hold your phone up as a greeting sign

Any trip opens a full-screen card with the rider's name in the largest type that fits, turned for a phone held sideways, and the screen stays lit.

Notes, and a digest when it is over

Drivers write a note before, during or after a trip, and Relay records which it was. It all arrives as one email when the trip closes.

Works with

One company, one set of trips.

Every part of Relay reads the same reservations, so nothing is typed twice.

Questions

Which phones does it run on?

iPhone and Android.

Do drivers have to use your navigation?

No. Spoken directions are built in, and a driver who prefers Waze, Apple Maps or Google Maps picks that once.

Can drivers message riders?

Customer messages show in the driver app, so the driver sees what the rider sent.

Can drivers request time off?

Yes. Requests flow into scheduling so dispatch sees who is available.
