Weddings take a 25% deposit in this company's settings. Everything else takes the default.

How it works
  1. 01

    Connect Stripe

Card payments go to your own account. You stay the merchant, and the payouts are yours.

  2. 02

    Send the link

Every booking can carry a pay link, sent with the confirmation or on its own when you are ready.

  3. 03

    Watch it settle

Deposits, balances and tips land on the invoice as their own lines.

Deposits that follow the trip category

Require 25% on weddings and your default on everything else. Payment requests fill in the right number without anyone doing the math.

Tips, however they arrive

Customers add a tip from percentage buttons you choose, or any amount they like. A driver handed cash or paid by Venmo records how much was a tip, so nothing looks overpaid.

Invoices in your colors, with a code that pays them

Quotes and invoices carry your logo and colors. An invoice with a balance carries a QR code for your payment page, so a customer you hand it to pays from their phone.

Works with

One company, one set of trips.

Every part of Relay reads the same reservations, so nothing is typed twice.

Questions

Does Relay take a percentage?

No. Card payments go to your own Stripe account, and Relay never takes a cut of the fare.

Can I charge for waiting?

Yes. Set a wait policy, like $25 once a stop passes 15 free minutes. Relay totals the real wait from the driver's taps and offers the fee as a one-click charge.

Can I leave prices off what customers are sent?

Yes. A checkbox on the trip keeps the fare off confirmations and reminders. Payment requests still show what is owed.

What about offline payments?

Record cash, check or Venmo against the trip, with the tip split out, so the books match.
