Build tomorrow before lunch.
Drivers to vehicles, trips to drivers, in one board. Auto-pack fills the day in a click, and every driver answers from their phone.
Assign the day.
Pick a trip on the left, then a driver. A trip that needs a Sprinter will not fit a sedan, and a driver off shift says so. Or press Auto-pack.
- 01
Put drivers in cars
Assign each driver a vehicle for the day, and switch it mid-shift if you need to.
- 02
Place the trips
Drag trips onto drivers, merge shared rides, or let Auto-pack fill the open seats.
- 03
Hear back
Each driver is texted when a trip becomes theirs and answers Accept or Decline from the trip screen.
Auto-pack does the first draft
One click fills open drivers or vehicles. It matches vehicle type, stays inside each driver's shift and avoids tight back-to-backs, so you only move the trips that need a human.
The board says who has agreed to drive
A mark beside every trip: a check once the driver accepts, Awaiting driver once they have been asked, Not sent if the message has not gone, and Declined in red.
A run sheet in your inbox every night
A printable page of the next 48 hours, mailed to whoever runs the day. It is the copy that still works when nothing else can be reached.
One company, one set of trips.
Every part of Relay reads the same reservations, so nothing is typed twice.
Can drivers turn a trip down?
Yes. Declining asks for a reason but does not require one, and the trip stays on them, marked, so you see it.
Does it know when drivers are off?
Drivers request time off in the app, and the requests flow into scheduling so the board knows who is available.
Can I dispatch from my phone?
Yes. Relay Dispatch on iPhone and Android runs the board as well as the trip.
What if I cannot cover a trip?
Hand it to an affiliate from the control you use to pick a driver. It stays on your board, marked as theirs.
