Credit the hotels that send you work. Hand work to the fleets you call.

Partners earn on the parts of the fare you choose, with a cap per booking if you like, tracked on every trip they send and never shown to the rider. Affiliates take the trips you cannot cover, and those trips stay on your board.

How it works
  1. 01

    Add your partners

Hotels, agencies and planners in Settings, each with their commission rate.

  2. 02

    Credit the trip

Pick the partner on the booking, or let their referral link do it.

  3. 03

    Settle up

Reports show what each partner is owed and what you kept.

Referral links that credit a partner

Attach a partner to a link to your quote form, and every quote through it arrives carrying their commission.

Affiliates, from the driver picker

Add the companies you call in Settings, then hand a trip to one from the control you use to pick a driver. An affiliate who is also on Relay answers for themselves.

Works with

One company, one set of trips.

Every part of Relay reads the same reservations, so nothing is typed twice.

Questions

Does the rider see the commission?

No. They pay full price, and the commission is between you and the partner.

What is commission taken from?

The base fare only. Airport fees, add-ons and gratuity are left out of it.

Does the affiliate need Relay?

No. An affiliate on Relay answers for themselves; any other stays on your board, marked as theirs.

Can I see what each partner is owed?

Yes. The Commission by partner report shows it, with the fare it came from.
