Your quote form, on your own website.
Copy one line into your site and customers ask for a ride right there. Requests arrive in your Inbox, priced by your rules and ready to book.
Send a quote request.
This is the form as it sits on a customer's site. Change the button color, fill it in and send it, then watch it arrive in the Inbox beside it.

Shape the form
Choose the questions, arrange them into rows and sections, and put your own words and colors on it.
- 02
Paste one line
Copy the snippet from Settings and paste it into your site. It sizes itself to fit, with no scrollbar of its own.

Answer from the Inbox
Requests arrive like any other. Price one, edit it, and book it in a step.
A form that looks like it belongs
Rows of questions side by side, sections that become steps, text blocks for the small print, and a button in your own color. Left-aligned or centered, as wide as your column.
Chat with visitors while they are still deciding
A chat bubble on your site that you answer from Relay, as your company rather than as whoever is at the desk. You can see whether the visitor is still on the page.
Ask your website anything
Build a short survey for anything that is not a quote: a driver application, an event inquiry, a feedback form. Every answer is sortable, filterable and exports to a spreadsheet.
One company, one set of trips.
Every part of Relay reads the same reservations, so nothing is typed twice.
Will it work with my website builder?
If your site lets you paste an embed code, it works. That covers Squarespace, Wix, WordPress and most others.
Can customers pick add-ons?
Yes. Offer champagne or other extras as pick-one or pick-any choices, with a note underneath.
Can I break a long form into steps?
Yes. Name a section and the form becomes steps. Leave them unnamed and it stays on one page.
Do I need a separate chat tool?
No. The chat widget is part of Relay, and you answer it from the Website Chat tab.
