Riders hear from you at every step, without anyone typing it.

Confirmations, reminders, driver on the way and driver arrived, by text and email. From your own number and your own domain, to the passenger, the booker, or both.

Hi Helen,

Marco is on the way in a black Cadillac Escalade. Follow along: relaydispatch.app/track/8Qx2

How it works
  1. 01

    Pick the moments

Turn each message on or off, by text, by email or both.

  2. 02

    Make it yours

Edit the templates with the trip's details, and preview the email while you write it.

  3. 03

    Let the trip send it

Booking, reminders and the driver's taps send the right message at the right time.

From your own domain

Settings hands you the DNS records to publish, with a link to wherever your DNS lives. A reply-to address works with no DNS at all.

Customers can text you back

Connect your own number and replies land in the Messages tab, where anyone in the office can answer them.

Every email, and what became of it

The Email log shows who each message went to, which template, and whether it was delivered, bounced or marked as spam.

Works with

One company, one set of trips.

Every part of Relay reads the same reservations, so nothing is typed twice.

Questions

Can the passenger and the booker both be told?

Yes. Each gets their own copy, greeted by name. Texting still needs their consent.

Can I keep prices out of messages?

Yes. A checkbox on the trip keeps the fare off confirmations, reminders and change notices.

Whose phone number do texts come from?

Yours. You set the number up with the texting provider directly, so the bill and the registration are yours.

What time zone do emails use?

Your company's, named in the message, like 1:01 PM MDT.
