Every trip, played back at the speed it was driven.
When a trip closes, Relay keeps the drive: the road taken, how fast, where the car waited, and when each stop happened against the plan. Answer the complaint, settle the wait fee, and coach the driver from what actually happened.
Replay a ski morning.
A Sprinter meets a late flight at Boise Airport, collects two more at Hotel 43, then climbs Bogus Basin Road in the snow. Press play, or drag the bar under the map.

The driver drives
Relay Dispatch records where the car is and how fast it is going, and every tap from On the way to Arrived.
- 02
The trip closes
The drive is read into a trace: moving, waiting, and any stretch where the phone went quiet, marked as a gap rather than guessed at.
- 03
You look back
Open the trip and play it, scrub to any minute, and read every stop's plan against what happened.
Colored by speed, on a scale that never changes
Darker for faster, on the same fixed scale for every trip, so two drives compare by eye. Switch between Route and Speed, and turn the raw GPS fixes on over either one.

- Average and peak speed

Plan against actual, stop by stop
Every stop shows when it was planned, when the car got there, the difference, and how long it waited. Every leg says whether it ran faster or slower than the plan.
The driver's notes, where they wrote them
A note written at the curb or halfway up the mountain sits on the map at that spot, and shows up in the replay as the car passes it.
Waiting you can charge for
The replay shows exactly how long the car sat at each stop, from the driver's own taps. Past your free minutes, Relay offers the wait fee as a one-click charge.
One company, one set of trips.
Every part of Relay reads the same reservations, so nothing is typed twice.
Where does the trail come from?
From Relay Dispatch on the driver's phone while the trip is open, plus every tap the driver makes along the way.
What if the phone lost signal?
That stretch is marked as a gap and drawn hollow along the planned road, rather than as a straight line nobody drove.
Can I compare two trips?
Yes. Speed is drawn on a fixed scale, so the same color means the same speed on every trip.
How fast does it play?
Pick 1×, 10×, 60× or 300×. Relay suggests the speed that plays the whole drive in about a minute.
